Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Toycult, a wholesale supplier of soft toys operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By placing an order, you accept them.

Wholesale only

Toycult sells in bulk only. Each product category has a minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on our catalog page, starting at 50 pieces per design. We do not accept or fulfil single-piece retail orders.

Enquiry, quotation and order confirmation

1. You share the categories, sizes and quantities you need.
2. We confirm stock availability, pricing tier and an estimated dispatch date.
3. The order is confirmed once we receive your advance payment against a GST invoice we raise.
4. Goods are packed, quality-checked and dispatched.

Pricing and payment

Prices depend on the design, size and quantity ordered, and the volume tier reached at the time of order. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation; prices are subject to change without notice after that. Payment is taken in advance against a GST invoice unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched pan-India by road or rail freight, or by our courier partners for smaller orders. Ownership and risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the consignment is handed to the transporter. Delivery timelines shared by us are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the transporter or by circumstances outside our control.

Quality and claims

Every batch is checked for fill density and colourfastness before dispatch. If a consignment arrives damaged or short, see our Shipping & Returns Policy for how to raise a claim.

Intellectual property

The Toycult name, logo and the content of this website belong to Toycult and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business or resale profit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
